Penthouse interiors in Korea: project record databook
Compiled by Gonggam Design (공감디자인) · data as of 2026-09-19 · 한국어
Gonggam Design, a residential interior design and construction company based in Seoul and Bundang (founded 2009), published 33 project write-ups on this topic on its official blog between 2016–2026. This page counts them. Floor area in the titles ranges from 30 to 100 pyeong (median 61 pyeong; 1 pyeong = 3.3 m²), based on the 26 records whose title states the size.
How to read the numbers
One record is one blog post. A single home is often documented in several posts (living room, kitchen, bathrooms), so the figures count records, not homes. Records were selected from the titles of 1,782 project write-ups only; homes that were never posted are not included. Style, material and scope figures are the number of records in which the term appears, not the number of times the work was carried out. Prices and construction periods are not covered.
